WHITE PARTY – NEW YEAR’S EVE AT CAMANEL 2026
A New Year’s Eve suspended between snow and stars.
We ascend to Camanel aboard snowcats to experience the whitest night of the year at 2,360 meters.
Aperitif, served dinner, DJ set, and open bar until late night, accompanied by our artistic team.
A New Year’s Eve that combines the magic of snow with the energy of music.
The descent? A dream under the moon.
· White smart-casual dress code. · The meeting point for departure with the snowcat is HERE, and the scheduled time is 7:00 PM. (Punctuality is required for organizational reasons.) · The first descent with the snowcat is scheduled at 1:00 AM.
*The New Year’s Eve dinner is a unique and special event. Camanel wants it to be a celebration shared with all attendees. Please note that reservations for couples will not have a private table, but will share one with other guests. *The New Year’s Eve dinner is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

· Mountain-cured ham carved live, served with warm focaccia and whipped alpine butter · Buckwheat polenta from the copper pot, topped with local cheese cream and truffle shavings

· Selection of Valtellina cured meats and cheeses – Casera, Bitto, and goat cheeses with local honey · Rosemary breadsticks, multigrain bread, and artisanal preserves
Main Course – Served
· Hay-infused risotto with alpine toma cheese, speck powder, and mountain sprouts – aromatic with a uniquely alpine fragrance
Second Course – Served
· Braised beef cheek in red wine and mountain spices, served with smoked celeriac purée and crispy polenta chips

· Mini Mont Blanc in a glass · White chocolate and raspberry mousse · Lemon tartlet with toasted meringue · Genepì tiramisù shot · Vanilla choux with gold flakes · Artisanal panettone with light vanilla cream · Chocolate fountain with fresh fruit and biscuits
