DINNER IN MOUNTAIN HUT

Description: are you ready for a unique experience at an altitude of over 2000 metres?
Mottolino is offering a high-altitude dinner at the Camanel refuge in Planon, dressed at its best for the occasion, with its cosy dining room and picturesque outdoor terrace. The evening is accompanied by music and singing and topped off with a breathtaking descent aboard one of our snowcats. Not a bad way to spend an evening!

Menu:
Starter
Platter of cured meats and cheeses, eggplant rolls with scamorza cheese

First Course (choice of one)
Orange and walnut risotto with mascarpone
Valtellina-style pizzoccheri served in a parmesan crust
Spinach spätzle with butter and sage in a parmesan crust

Second Course
Braised veal cheek wrapped in white cabbage, polenta, and sautéed mushrooms

Dessert
Tiramisù

Further information: following reservation, you will receive details of the evening from our customer services on the day of the meal. Child rates apply to children under the age of 10. Children up to 3 years old (Baby Rate) do not pay. In the “Notes,” it is important to specify if a high chair is needed and if a stroller will be brought for dinner.

We will promptly notify you in case the menu undergoes any changes.

When: Indicative transport time to altitude: 7:15 PM / 7:30 PM
Where: Camanel di Planon mountain restaurant.

Please note: in case of no-show, the supplier is not obliged to provide the service on another date and/or time. The supplier can provide the service on other dates/times if, owing to factors beyond our control, it is not possible to provide it on the day chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
