WALK WITH CHILDREN
If instead you choose to take a walk in Livigno with your children, we would like to give you some useful advice:

• the high altitude sun is much stronger: make sure their skin is protected with excellent sun protection. Take care to protect them even with a hat and sunglasses;
• good shoes are essential for walking in the mountains. No sandals, flip flops and open shoes as they do not protect or support the walk, and make the experience a real torture!
• even the children sweat and get tired: bring a bottle of fresh water with you (and maybe a few chocolate bars);
• the high altitude panoramas, the nature, the environment are a real novelty both for you and for them. Let them stop to pick up a flower, look for a bearded vulture in the middle of the sky, drink water from a stream.

Enjoy this precious family time by letting it flow without too many thoughts!
